The challenge
A delivery service using robots needs more than the equipment. It also needs a plan for local operations, resident support, maintenance and coordination with the community where it will run.
What we did
We developed the venture concept and a website for potential partners. The operating model explores collaboration with robot manufacturers, while local deployment and support would be coordinated by TRIVON. Pilot arrangements and the operations software are further stages of the venture.
